Concentrated mesh degreaser, dilutes 25:1 to make working solution. Sold in 1lt’s

SDBF Blue Filler

An economical blue filler with excellent resistance to all solvents. It is easy to apply and bridges all mesh counts. It washes out easily with water

QDGF Quick Drying Green Filler

Quick drying filler , not CFC based! Dries rapidly to enable rapid blocking out of open mesh areas. It washes out easily with water. Sold in 1 & 5lt’s

Screen Washes

SWS1005 Low Haz Emulsifiable Screenwash

Non VOC, hazard label free, biodegradable cleaner to remove ink from screen prior to recovery. Very slow drying, it allows for maximum solubilising of ink film, before pressure washing off.

SWS6060 Emulsifiable Screenwash

Emulsions

SWS PA Emulsion

SWS PA emulsion is a diazo sensitised light green emulsion for the production of quality stencils for use with solvent based and non water based UV curing ink systems. It features rapid exposure and good solvent and mechanical wear resistance.

DZWR

A diazo sensitized emulsion resistant to water based inks and other waterbased products. Capable of exposure with a wide range of light sources, 500w tungsten halogen floodlights are often used.
